The research raises the emergence of a new educational paradigm, which is proposed in the different publications that appear in the databases in libraries and documentary material from the archive of the Center for Teaching Studies and Research of ADIDA, academic Google, the virtual library of CLACSO and the concerted library ADIDA-COMFENALCO; This review and the process itself allow the identification of an epistemological vision different from the instrumental-reductionist one. It also aims to look at the relationship between PPC and HPA in the construction of new pedagogical perspectives capable of supporting the positioning of a new educational paradigm promoted by the ADIDA union. Due to its characteristics, the study is carried out from a qualitative-non-experimental approach, which leads to the selection of subjects with experience in education and experiences in different fields (secretaries of education, researchers, union leaders, practicing teachers and retirees); By contrasting the data provided from different rationalities and subjectivities, it results in the need for a plausible relationship between PPC and HPA to make the paradigm shift possible. It also shows that HPAs, rather than a fixed point where to go, are a way to go. In this way, it is very important to think about the construction of a different pedagogy that is constantly renewed; a pedagogy that changes the old and sad education, for which it is required that teachers can also become better professionals than they are, that they commit to change.
